The Change Agency
Our Purpose
The Change Agency (TCA), was founded on the belief that everyone has their own motivation and goals for recovery. Rather than telling someone what they need to do or who they should be, we ask, “What do you need to do in order to be the man you want to be?” Residents develop their own goals for recovery. The Change Agency and The Adullam Sober Living Program provide the resources and support for them to achieve their goals. We have one governing rule, “Do what you say you need to do.”.
It is our belief that recovery is a character-building process. It is strength of character that is the foundation that will support us through life. Being a responsible and respected member of the community begins with being responsible and respecting oneself. TCA recognizes that, for anyone seeking recovery, a safe, supportive, drug free living environment is essential. The Adullam House provides that support, accountability, and comradery .
Recovery involves much more than just staying clean, and real change requires more than just changing behavior. Ones thinking has to change as well. Our goal is to provide perspective and reflection that will allow clients to see themselves and the world differently. When the way we look at something changes, then the way we feel about it and react to it changes as well.

Building Your Foundation
Our Intensive outpatient program is designed to assist clients in identifying their individual recovery goals and then develop a personalized program that will allow the actualization of those goals. Clients are transported to our clinical facility Monday-Friday in the morning or afternoon for participation. The program consists primarily of group therapy, individual counseling, case management and employment assistance. The program last about 90 days and includes drug testing.
